EXM had no digital platform for customers. Orders, shipments, and team management, all done through emails that sometimes never arrived. I changed the RBAC permissions so customers manage their own teams, real-time ERP data, and an AI chatbot that answers instantly. Not the next business day.

Most food apps show you what's popular. BudsAlike shows you what's yours. The more you log, the better it knows you. I designed the full experience, AI recommendations built on personal taste profiles, Foodprint logging, and a rewards system, validated through three iteration cycles and two rounds of A/B testing.
