We designed a comprehensive mobile banking membership app for HKIB that combined financial services with educational features, allowing members to access banking functions, enroll in organizational courses, and track their learning progress through an integrated digital platform.

This project addressed HKIB's need to create a unified digital experience that went beyond traditional banking by incorporating educational services for their membership base. The solution featured intuitive course enrollment systems, check-in functionality for tracking attendance, and comprehensive history review capabilities that allowed users to monitor both their financial activities and learning journey. Through user research and iterative prototyping, we developed user flows that seamlessly integrated banking operations with educational content management, creating a unique value proposition that strengthened member engagement and organizational loyalty.
